TRT Series, Two-Axis CNC Tilting Rotary Tables (4 and 5 axes) are available in four frame sizes, each with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts. Continue type with 0.001 degree increment for both the tilt and rotary axes. Both axes are rotated via rugged, high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheels and are driven with gears via Servo motors. The positioning and accuracy of the tabletop and tilt position are controlled by encoders from servo motors. Customer may add a direct encoder at Rotary axis for higher accurate required.

Once in position for static machining, the tabletop and the tilting unit can be rigidly clamped in place via the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit. And Wider tilting angle +110 ~  -110 degrees can be much easier to make good solution for machining.

We also provide Tandem type of TRT series for special made. The drive train and multiple tables are connected for simultaneous operation to speed up your work.
