| NCT Series, CNC Rotary Tables ( 4th axis ) are built with a dual lead worm gear drive which has proven to be kinematically ideal for fast bi-directional rotation with very less backlash, perfect for high-precision tables. Continue type with 0.001degree increment. Each model with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts.
According the motor position, there are including R type, L type (125, 170, 200, 250) and RV types (320, 400, 500, 630). Rotary axis is driven with gears via Servo motors. The positioning and accuracy are controlled by encoders from servo motors.
All tables can be position in horizontal and vertical used. Once in position for static machining, the tabletop can be rigidly clamped in place via the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit. Dual lead worm system would be very easy to adjust backlash.

NCT-T Series, CNC Multi-Spindle (Tandem) Rotary Tables.
All tables can be position in horizontal and vertical used. Rotary axis is driven with gears via Servo motors. The positioning and accuracy are controlled by encoders from servo motors. The drive train and multiple tables are connected for simultaneous operation. Continue type with 0.001degree increment. The rotation is typical for NC Rotary Table versions. Once in position for static machining, the tabletop can be rigidly clamped in place via the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit.
