NCT-MT Series, combination Manual Tilt/ CNC Rotary Tables are mounted onto a manually adjustable tilt base in three frame sizes, each with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts. Once in position for static machining, the tabletop can be rigidly clamped in place via the integral distortion-free hydraulic brake unit. Continue type with 0.001 degree increment for rotary axis. Tilting axis is operated by handle wheel with dial for alignment the angle and screw fixed by manual.

The tables are rotated via a rugged for rotary axis, high-speed dual-lead worm gear and wheel and are driven via a Servo motor. The positioning and accuracy of the tabletop and are controlled by an encoder from servo motor. The tilt angle base is manually positioned and rigidly locked into place.
