HC Series, CNC Hydraulic Coupling gear Indexing Tables ( 4th axis, non-lifting type), the standard model are every 1 and 5 degrees indexing (72D and 360D ). All Series can be position in horizontal and vertical used. There are built with a worm gear drive which has proven to be kinematically ideal for fast bi-directional rotation, Rotary axis is driven with gears via Servo motors. The positioning and accuracy are controlled by encoders from servo motors as well as a high precision three-pieces Hirth coupling. The entire range incorporate a non-lifting table top, there are provided with high accuracy +/ -4 arc second for standard frame, heavy-duty cutting, rigidity and durable.
Each models with a standard-size tabletop fitted with T slots and a precision center pilot hole for alignment and clamping of the fixture or piece parts.
